Drop
The STEP model and the drawing (PDF or DXF). A clear drawing alone works too — MEKLYRA builds the model from it; a drawing printed in a single line width needs its STEP.
Read
Tolerances, fits, GD&T, threads, notes, material and heat treatment. Anything it cannot read is marked, never guessed.
Plan and check
On your machines and workholding, by your rules: setups, clamping, stock, work zero, tools, cutting data from the tool makers’ published data, and times. The plan is then cut on screen and the result is inspected against the drawing — one check of several, before the machine.
Package
Setup sheet, ballooned inspection sheet, purchase list, export to your CAM system. The job reaches the tablet at the machine, and the real times are recorded.

Is it a CAM?
No. MEKLYRA does the process engineering before and around the CAM — setups, holding, tools, data, times, inspection — and exports to your CAM system.
Is it a simulator?
No. The simulation is one check inside the system: the plan is cut on screen and checked against the drawing before metal is cut. The product is the plan and the production package.
Does AI make the decisions?
No. Written rules decide; the AI reviewer only proposes, and people approve.
Which machines?
Yours: 3–5 axis mills, lathes, and mill-turn with live tools.
Only a drawing?
A clear drawing alone works, and the gaps are listed for you to confirm.
Where is my data?
