MEKLYRA takes the shop floor and makes it simpler than ever. From the model, through the setup, to inspection — every step is planned, shown and handed to the people at the machine, the way a senior programmer would do it.

From the model to inspection

1. Model & drawingThe STEP and the drawing are read — material, tolerances, threads.
2. The planSetups, workholding, tools and cutting data, each by a written rule.
3. The simulationThe part is machined on screen before the machine runs.
4. The floorThe job reaches the tablet at the machine with its drawing.
5. InspectionThe ballooned drawing and the signed check close the loop.

Why it exists

In most shops, the know-how that decides how a part is made lives with one or two experienced programmers. When they are busy, the queue waits; when they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.

MEKLYRA was started by Isac, a CNC programmer, to write that knowledge down as rules a shop can read, check and own — and to put it to work on every part, for every planner and operator.

MEKLYRA לוקחת את רצפת הייצור והופכת אותה לפשוטה מתמיד. מהמודל, דרך ההצבה ועד הבקרה, כל שלב מתוכנן, מוצג ומגיע לאנשים שליד המכונה, בדיוק כמו שמתכנת בכיר היה עושה.

מהמודל ועד הבקרה

1. מודל ושרטוטקוראים את ה-STEP ואת השרטוט: חומר, טולרנסים, הברגות.
2. התוכניתהצבות, תפיסה, כלים ונתוני חיתוך, כל אחד לפי חוק כתוב.
3. הסימולציההחלק מעובד על המסך לפני שהמכונה זזה.
4. הרצפההעבודה מגיעה לטאבלט שליד המכונה, יחד עם השרטוט.
5. הבקרהשרטוט עם בלונים ובדיקה חתומה סוגרים את המעגל.

למה היא קיימת

ברוב המפעלים, הידע שקובע איך מייצרים חלק נמצא אצל מתכנת אחד או שניים מנוסים. כשהם עסוקים, התור מחכה. כשהם עוזבים, הידע עוזב איתם.

את MEKLYRA הקים יצחק, מתכנת CNC, כדי לכתוב את הידע הזה כחוקים שמפעל יכול לקרוא, לבדוק ולהחזיק אצלו, ולהפעיל אותם על כל חלק, בשביל כל מתכנן וכל מפעיל.
